What will you do?

The Sr Manager of Revenue Technology will build, run and maintain the technology stack used by our sophisticated revenue generation team.  You are an integral member of the growing Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Sr Director of Revenue Operations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role interacting directly with executives and other senior leaders. Sealed is committed to scale our revenue generation team using best-in-class solutions, and you will play a crucial role in that expansion by hiring, training, mentoring, engaging, and directing a team of administrators, project managers and specialists. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously improve the tech stack used by a revenue generating team of 100+ members, enabling scaling to 3x that size.
  • Own the tech stack lifecycle from choosing & launching new tools, to developing & maintaining existing tools, through retiring obsolete tools.
  • Manage platform development using Agile methodology to deliver enhancements to the technology stack. Actively prioritize requests to ensure maximum benefit and buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering on identifying needs for custom software solutions.
  • Identify operational efficiencies, and guide direct reports, or other staff to implement these efficiencies.
  • Clearly communicate project objectives, status, and results to all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the team leader for Revenue Technology, directly managing two CRM Project managers and one CRM specialist. Recruit additional team members as needed.

As Sealed grows, the scope and opportunities of the Sr Manager Revenue Technology will increase. New tools, specializations and leadership opportunities will present themselves within a fast-paced, high-growth business.

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology management, sales operations, or a similar discipline
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Proficiency managing Salesforce integrations and managed packages
  • Ability to explain complex issues simply and intuitively, and willingness to challenge assumptions, communicate limitations, and flag blind spots.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong sense of urgency, personal commitment and ownership for work
  • Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment, with occasional travel for in-person meetings
