We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines, which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The air-captured carbon dioxide can either be recycled and reused as a raw material or completely removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

  • You are the sparring partner, advisor, and guide for managers and employees in all HR related topics.
  • You actively drive and ensure our HR processes along the employee life cycle: Onboarding, development, case management, remuneration, separation and more. 
  • You are engaged in projects on learning and development as well as culture.
  • You like to be part of a dynamic, young and rather fast paced company, where change is daily routine.
  • You feel responsible to constantly improve the manager and employee experience throughout the company. 
  • You are closely collaborating with the other HR teams and if needed, you will also take on operational HR tasks.
