Position Summary  

CTE is seeking a Salesforce Lightning and Pardot Administrator who will design and maintain internal programs and applications, ensuring fully functional software applications according to stakeholder requirements. You will work both as part of a team, and individually, with little supervision. The Salesforce Administrator will drive the design, implementation, training, and maintenance of Salesforce Lightning and Pardot, providing optimized operational structure and maximized visibility across the entire organization. Other responsibilities could include the design, planning, deployment, administration, and support for other related business systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), accounting, operations, project management applications, and our public-facing website. This position will work closely with the Head of Operations, and the rest of the Leadership team, to ensure the stable operation of business systems and improve procedures, processes, and integrations that provide the metrics used to evaluate project-level and organization-level performance. These metrics are critical in helping CTE’s Leadership team identify opportunities for improvement and determine what resources, including people and funding, are needed to achieve the strategic objectives and growth of the organization. Some examples of key contributions may be writing process automations, flows, lightning components, Visualforce Pages, HTML coding, custom integrations, and much more!

 

This role is for Apple based developers; must be power-user of iOS and macOS.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce and Pardot systems and products
  • Solidifying our current operational structure, and using that structure to successfully plan and execute an ERP roll-out plan in the near future
  • At the direction of the Leadership team, develop systems that help measure the health of the organization and progress towards reaching company goals
  • Always looking to create improvements and efficiencies to existing systems by adjusting workflows and improving data collection
  • Lead our organization in user onboarding, ongoing training, support, documentation, and data management across all platforms. Oversee organization of project data and company records
  • Maintain documentation of organization’s policies and procedures related to internal systems
  • Assist the business development team in reviewing the opportunity pipeline, creating insightful reporting to maximize pursuits, and providing process improvements where needed
  • Collaborate with the PMO, Controller, and Head of Operations to develop and maintain project labor and budget forecasting tools that help achieve financial and strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Outreach, Communications, HR, Finance and Accounting, to ensure successful operations

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Salesforce Admin certifications preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience with Salesforce administration related to design, data management/uploads, process automation, complex workflows, and external integrations
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning reporting and dashboard capabilities
  • Knowledge of HTML coding to assist with Pardot communications and to maintain feeds and integrations with external systems
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including macOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud servers. Experience with IT service and device management tools a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of levels of management and SMEs
  • Ability to administer, organize and document complex application systems and workflows
  • Experience with training of complex systems to non-technical audience
  • Thorough understanding of general business and finance practices, theories, and policies
  • Proficiency with implementing or managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience in non-profit, government, and/or consulting organization financial management, accounting, and contracting is a plus

Salary Range

  • $65,000 - $85,000 (based on education and level of experience)
