As the Warehouse Manager, you'll get to launch our brand new concept in Brisbane and sink your teeth into making our fleet operations sing, you'll use your keen eye for detail to ensure we never miss a beat, that our services are optimised to the highest possible standard and take full ownership of coaching and challenging your new team. The role is fantastic for someone with experience in motivating and driving teams, streamlining processes and developing people in a high growth environment. You'll need to be flexible, creative and willing to get your hands dirty, while you play with some of the most advanced e-bike technologies on the market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years in a relevant supervisory role, organising teams
• Know your way around Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Slack
• You’re an outstanding communicator, with the ability to interact and connect
• You’re a patient teacher and have a passion for empowering others
• You’re able to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot
• You’re self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to manage his or her own time and prioritize what’s important
• Flexibility is an absolute must, we are a startup - things change on the daily so we’re hoping you can flex outside your responsibilities, work different days and slightly different hours, where required
• Full Driver’s License
• Nice to have: Forklift licence, experience with bikes, electric vehicles, or micro-mobility
• "That's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary
• Track record of smashing KPI's and objectives
