Job Description

What you will do
We are on the way to become the leading solutions provider in corporate climate action in Europe. We help companies calculate and reduce carbon emissions, as well as offset unavoidable emissions, enabling them to become climate neutral.

Join us in helping companies tackle climate change, the most urgent and defining issue of our time.

  • You welcome visitors and assist with the organisation of meetings
  • You process incoming and outgoing mail and accept parcels
  • You are responsible for facility management and ensure that the office is well presented
  • You support the team with travel planning, appointment coordination and event management
  • You support the team in contract management and preparatory accounting
  • You take on further administrative tasks such as ordering, cash bookkeeping, key management and the organisation of birthday presents
  • You accept enquiries by phone and e-mail and forward them to the responsible persons in the team
  • You are the first contact person for customer enquiries in the support department
Who you are
  • You are passionate about climate change and are driven by a strong conviction for climate action
  • You have practical experience as office manager, assistant or receptionist
  • You are open-minded and like to communicate
  • You work in a structured and careful manner and are highly service-oriented
  • You are familiar with MS Office
  • You have very good German and English skills
