We are now looking for a talented marketing and communications manager to focus on our France-specific key accounts and French marketing communications strategy. You will support our clients to communicate their climate action strategies and sustainability success stories in a meaningful way, whilst also helping ClimatePartner to shape new markets and release thought leadership that promotes our brand and solutions to key target markets.  

You will be responsible for: 
  • Coordinating the regional marketing strategy, working together with the regional Head and the global Marketing Communications team based in Munich
  • Supporting regional digital and social media strategy; implementation for the region
  • Collaborating with the local and global Marketing Communications team to target new strategic partnerships, through email campaigns and other B2B marketing activities
  • Supporting the commercial function and sales team with lead generation
  • Increasing brand awareness by supporting key clients and the internal team with the creation of inspiring and engaging content as well as organizing events and strengthen partnerships in France
  • Supporting customer marketing by advising and educating our clients on the appropriate language and communications to use in their climate action, carbon neutrality and net zero strategies
  • Collaborating with your peers in other geographies to share best practices, learn from other markets and ensure alignment on messaging, content and strategy
  • Bringing an innovative approach, a hunger to progress and develop your career, combined with a passion to improve lives with climate action solutions
You will be responsible for supporting all regional marketing and communications requirements internally and externally. In this varied role, you will drive regional social media campaigns in alignment with global Marketing Communications team be a key contact for our events and sponsorship opportunities, whilst also taking a lead role for localizing all content and campaigns. Who you are
  • You are a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • You have a natural flair and ability to create and adapt inspiring content, translating complex climate action topics into digestible information for a wide range of stakeholders
  • You have an ability to build relationships easily, embedding your skill set into our clients inhouse functions to strategically support with their communications and marketing activities
  • You have demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing environment, supporting the commercial function and sales team with lead generation
  • You have experience in delivering engaging and effective social media campaigns and organising industry leading corporate events
  • You have an open and transparent approach with an ability to thrive in a casual and easy-going work environment
  • You have French and English or German language proficiency (spoken and written)
