Job Description
CleanChoice Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity if you're passionate about digital marketing tactics, data analytics, project management and most of all: making it easy for consumers to make a positive impact on the environment.
CleanChoice is a fast-growing certified B Corporation, whose mission is to transform the U.S. electricity market and make clean energy accessible to everyone. This position is a newly created role and will report to the Performance Marketing Website Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage offer promotion program across channels and product lines, to include cross-functional offer development, launch, tracking, budgeting, and fulfillment.
- Track eligible signups to ensure offer fulfillment through partner agency. This includes pulling and monitoring reporting, transferring data files, and validating results in various systems.
- Track eligible signups to ensure offer fulfillment through in-house fulfillment methods, including pulling customer lists, transferring files to mail house, and validating results.
- Track costs of offer fulfillment per product line on a monthly basis.
- Act as point-of-contact for simple content updates within headless CMS
- Supports the execution of website content projects including redesign and optimization
- Support Senior Coordinator Digital Marketing in executing advertising campaigns, pull search term reports, segmenting lists, and other related tasks as assigned.
- Assist in the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities for the team, including ads, website testing, social media, blog, and SEO
- Coordinates resources across multiple projects, initiatives, and teams
- Assist Performance Marketing Website Manager with website and advertising reporting
- Additional digital marketing duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing
- 1+ experience working with CMS to manage website
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, makes a habit of double and triple checking work
- Ability to think strategically and quantitatively
- Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
- Extremely flexible, agile, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
- High proficiency with Excel
