Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as &amp; when required.</li><li>Assisting service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.</li><li>Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.</li><li>Co-ordination of smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.</li><li>Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.</li><li>Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.</li><li>Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.</li><li>Maintain various on-going service contracts.</li><li>Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells &amp; Faster Repair.</li><li>Co-ordinate with customers, vendors &amp; sales department for DGS CoC-related clarifications, queries and recommendations.</li><li>Assist to Service manager for preparing monthly DGS CoC Planning &amp; Progress Report.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years’ technical experience working in Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical or related industries specially in Wet &amp; Dry Gas Seals &amp; its support system (Assembly, Installation, Trouble Shooting)</li><li>Have knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM</li><li>Experience with large and complex organizations</li><li>Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (Advanced MS office, Power BI, document management)</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written)</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
