Job Description

Redaptive is searching for a Partner Management Associate to interface between vendors and project management and construction teams to provide support throughout the project lifecycle. You will be a member of our Partner Management team and will be responsible for ensuring that project costs are properly documented and reportable, in additional to providing support to departments across the organization to maintain and enhance project documentation processes.  We’re looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail and is especially organized.  The ideal person has a tendency to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes as well as develop new practices. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders is key, in addition to assisting with managing activities across multiple departments and functions to help drive our energy efficiency projects to completion. This position reports to the Manager, Partner Management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with project managers and Redaptive vendors to monitor documentation throughout the project lifecycle and provide team communication
  • Prepare, review and update purchase orders and vendor contracts, assist Accounting as needed for project close out processes
  • Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, report project metrics, support accounting with project related processes
  • Ensure data integrity by updating Salesforce and other internal databases throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with vendor management activities as needed, including vendor onboarding and contracting, and maintaining vendor compliance data in our software platforms
  • Work with Redaptive’s Finance and Accounting teams with various forms of project cost documentation
  • Support AP on the vendor invoice reconciliation process including PO to invoice reconciliation, bill approval support, and invoice research and follow-up
  • Generate ad-hoc reports in accounting and project management software in support of Procurement, Partner Management, and Program Management activities (experience generating reports in NetSuite preferred)
  • Identify and make suggestions to better facilitate or improve administrative processes

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, including strong analytical capacity; Project Management skills a plus
  • Experience structuring detailed and partner-specific contracts; commercial insurance knowledge a plus
  • Experience working in NetSuite, Asana, and/or Salesforce
  • Resourceful and creative, with a drive to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Successful track record in managing complex projects that entail collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and across business units and departments
  • Proficiency and experience working in MS Excel in addition to strong PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and with an emphasis on strong quantitative analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Interest in the energy efficiency or renewable energy sector and/or experience with ESCOs or other industry related companies
  • Interest in nurturing the overall entrepreneurial culture of the firm through a “can-do, will-do” attitude
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to working from home for the foreseeable future

Colorado applicants: The expected annualized salary compensation for this position is $81,420. This estimated salary represents the typical starting rate of candidates hired in Colorado. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include relevant experience, skills, and your remote work location. Redaptive offers subsidized medical, dental and vision plan coverage, a 401(k) match, participation in our equity plan, and an annual At-target incentive bonus opportunity of at least 10% of salary at 100% achievement (actual achievement % will vary).
