Job Description

We are seeking a US Office Manager / Executive Assistant who will manage day-to-day office operations and support our co-founders and team with various administrative tasks.   The ideal candidate will also bring experience with accounting, payroll, basic IT support, office management, and general day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

    • Administer office premises including access control and interfacing with building management for facilities issues.
    • Act as primary contact for vendors including IT, office supplies, catering, and janitorial services.
    • Manage daily operations, including accounting bookkeeping, invoice payment, and payroll.
    • Manage inventory of office and corporate assets.
    • Inform visitors and callers by answering or referring inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot office IT equipment and services such as printers, phones, internet, etc.
    • Support co-founders and team members with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, events, travel arrangements, etc.

What You Will Bring

    • Experience with office and facilities management procedures.
    • Demonstrated experience in interpersonal and customer service abilities.
    • Operational knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
    • Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Passionate about tackling the climate crisis.
