We're looking for a talented and experienced Tech Lead to lead our technical initiatives and bring our vision to life. As our Tech Lead, you'll manage and prioritize technology projects across both our mobile application and platform.  You will also develop our technical roadmap, work closely with our product team to scope and prioritize features, and lead a global team of developers and engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our technical roadmap in alignment with our mission and goals
• Work with the product management team to define product strategy, and define, scope and prioritize features
• Manage and prioritize technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and ensure alignment with our technical strategy
• Develop and implement coding standards and best practices to ensure quality and consistency across our technology stack
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements and bring new ideas and insights to the team
• Closely collaborate with our offshore team in Pakistan

Requirements

• Passion for environmental conservation and climate change action
• Previous startup experience
• Experience working within a startup delivering a mobile application and platform from conception to launch
• Strong development skills and competencies including:
  
  
  • Postgres
  • NodeJS
  • GraphQL
  • ReactNative
  • Expo
  • Docker
  • AWS

• Be available for meetings with offshore teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
