The position

We are looking for a versatile Office & Culture Manager (m/f/x) for our new office and lab facility in Frankfurt. As an Office & Culture Manager, you will be wearing multiple hats: you will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety and you make sure everything in the Frankfurt office and lab facility is running smoothly. You are the first contact person for colleagues and suppliers, look after our guests and have an open ear for everyone. During the core working hours, you will confidently take on the necessary office activities such as answering calls and mail, placing orders, invoicing and preparatory bookkeeping, communicating with our service providers (e.g. cleaning, catering, etc.) and keep an eye out for everything in our office at the right time is in the right place. In addition to that you will support with organizing events and be part of the cultural task force at Formo to develop our amazing company culture.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador for Formo, always portraying a warm, hospitable gesture
• Become familiar with the names of regulars and repeat visitors and develop a friendly rapport
• Receiving and sending parcels and correspondence
• Coordination and organization of internal events
• Recording of purchases by different departments
• Coordinating different stakeholders for cleaning, maintenance and administration of the facility
• Ensure the proper functioning of the company's facility
