The Position:

We are looking for a passionate, driven and multitalented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO and CFO in their daily work.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactive management of the C-levels very busy and constantly changing schedule
• Take over different administrative tasks from the management 
• Supporting the CEO/Co-Founder and CFO in all areas of their daily work, including ad hoc research or travel arrangements, greeting visitors, company events and talks, etc.
• Preparation of and follow-up from meetings, including research, creating presentations and briefings, logistics and set up and communication of key decisions
• Maintain an effective knowledge and data management system
• Make timely decisions using independent judgment on a regular basis
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation in German and English if required
