Role Purpose

You will be working with a team of world class engineers building the energy market using modern technology stack. Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop technical processes to support customer scenarios
• Manage customer support request and incidents across multiple engineer teams
• Troubleshoot advance product functionality across teams
• Document processes for customer using advance features
• Document internal technical process supporting customer
• Work with engineering teams to ensure quality and deliver a world class experience to our customers
• Work with Program Management and Product Management supporting customer scenarios
• Develop test plans for cross team initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross team interactions
• Experience with customer scenario design and testing
• Experience in automated testing using Cypress or equivalent tools
• Experience triaging, troubleshooting and improving existing tests 
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience with unit/integration tests, contributes to engineering documentation
