Job Description

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to create an abundant and decarbonized material future. Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. 

Electric Hydrogen has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Director, Learning and Development. You have experience in learning and development (L&D), engagement and culture strategies with an interest in providing support as a HR Business Partner.

You will be based at our office in Natick, MA and will report to our Chief People Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement the vision, strategy and annual roadmap for an integrated talent management solution by identifying and aligning learning programs to our goals and employee needs.
  • Uplevel EH2's leadership team through manager development programs focused on building skills to support hyper-growth.
  • Oversee the growth and development of new hire orientation and evolve new employee onboarding.
  • Facilitate live or virtual sessions and meeting discussions.
  • Measure program effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify external resources and manage vendor/consultant relationships.
  • Develops and implements quarterly check-ins, promoting a culture of feedback.
  • Provide daily performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development).
  • Assess team and employee development needs, makes recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related human resources experience
  • Master's Degree or MBA in HR Management preferred
  • Coaching or leadership certification is welcome
