The goal of a Receptionist at Wisk is to ensure that the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards within the time frame specified. You will be part of the Facilities team.  We are looking for a candidate who has an upbeat and friendly personality as they will be the first person who greets visitors.  They will be responsible for answering the phone, accepting and routing deliveries, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies, managing access badges and other service tasks.

Why we need you

  • With that vision in mind, we are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Care Associate to join our Facilities team. The goal of the Receptionist/Customer Care Associate at Wisk is to provide great customer service, be professional, know proper business etiquette, be able to handle a stressful busy environment, have the ability to collaborate, and possess top notch communication skills.
  • To build the first fully autonomous all-electric aircraft that performs and operates safely in an urban air-mobility environment. In support of this goal, you will be part of the Facilities team that supports the current and future needs of the entire organization.  Your goal is to make sure that all employees, vendors and guests are given the highest level of customer service. Your mission is to greet and direct people while bringing professionalism & grace to the front desk.  Assist the Facilities team and company at large with critical clerical support and communication.

What you will do:

  • Answer phones
  • Accept and routing mail and deliveries
  • Greeting and signing in guests
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Interface with vendors & organize required documentation
  • Scheduling & calendaring tasks
  • Manage the bicycle program
  • Monthly expense reports for Facilities Credit Card and other charge accounts
  • Manage employee badges (new and replacement)
  • Order business cards
  • Manage access to company vehicles
  • Support office manager with catering and snack programs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Facilities

What you have done:

  • Experience with computers and Google Office Suite
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self starting individual with a broad set of skills and never afraid of facing complex technical challenges
  • Positive team player
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred 

Desired:

  • Previous administrative and receptionist experience
  • Interest in aviation
