Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify customers with potential issues, tailor solutions and communicate these to our customers.

This role is available as a full time, permanent position and can be based out of Helsinki or performed remotely. The role requires fluency in English; Finnish language skills are not required.

What you’ll do:

You contribute to our mission by ensuring customers have issues identified and helped to make sure they can reach their objectives. You will cooperate with various in-house teams on a daily basis.

  • Communicating and building positive relationships with customers
  • Analyzing customer behavior and writing customer behavior reports
  • Listening to customer feedback and proposing customer retention solutions
  • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain their business
  • Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out

What you need:

  • Ability and motivation to become an expert in construction sector LCA software
  • Excellent teamworking, communicating and customer service skills
  • Proficient technical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
  • Able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in customer retention is considered a plus
