What You'll Do:

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and evangelizing a robust compliance risk management program
  • Foster a company-wide compliance mindset while engaging with other business units 
  • Champion customer experience, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention when assessing company process, programs, initiatives, and marketing material
  • Examine customer complaint data and test results with an eye on identifying underlying problems and improving outcomes via issues management and incident reviews 
  • Engage across business units to support the overall risk and issues management systems (ACE, Product, Sustainability, Marketing, etc.) 
  • Identify and advocate improvement opportunities internal and external to Credit Compliance; devise forward-thinking approaches to better align processes with intended results
  • Assist in updating and/or creating compliance documentation, capturing process flows and identify control points, aligning procedures with company policies and processes, manage documentation inventory; communicate compliance policies, procedures, process, and practices when required
  • Track reporting and test findings; assist with compiling data for presentation to management and relevant stakeholders
  • Develop a deeper familiarity with lending regulations, amendments, and guidelines 
  • Train employees on company and industry compliance requirements
  • Review Marketing collateral for compliance concerns

What You'll Bring:

  • 7 years in operational and/or compliance-relevant roles with deep experience in customer interaction, complaints and escalated issues management (customer, operations, and compliance)
  • 6 years experience in a financial services role
  • 2–3 years experience in learning development and training delivery rolesPossess a compliance mindset
  • Proven record of customer service and advocacy 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills which promote collaboration across business units and from all levels
  • Ability to critically analyze problems/situations for causes, effects, and possible solutions
  • Proven ability to formulate procedures, process guides, and related documentation
  • Effective research and professional networking skills
  • Practice with learning resource development and training deployment
