As the Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for developing the processes that make our fleet operations sing. You will ambitiously pursue the biggest operational challenges to be solved in the business, develop clear project charters, manage the building, testing and implementation of new processes and track the results to measure impact. The problems you solve and the impact you have will shape how we operate in the future. That’s why we are looking for someone entrepreneurial, analytical and pragmatic to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to develop and test solutions
  • Designing and evaluating the right metrics to measure success
  • Documenting improvements, creating useful guides & updating our knowledge base on a regular basis
  • Updating and implementing new elegant processes at scale
  • Collecting and analysing data to drive good decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years experience in an analyst or problem solving role
  • Start-up and/or professional services experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excited by data and comfortable using insights to make recommendations
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Owners mindset and an ability to take initiative in a constantly changing environment
  • Ambitious, efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • A fierce optimist, able to work alongside and influence a team of optimists
