The Center for EcoTechnology is hiring a Residential Energy Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Massachusetts energy efficiency programs. As administer of utility programs under Mass Save and the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company, CET is at the forefront of program innovation, working with residential customers and utilities to increasingly focus on electrification and comprehensive decarbonization for home energy assessments.
The successful candidate will have a clear vision for how energy efficiency programs are changing, and will work with utilities and CET’s team to continuously iterate, expand, and strengthen program incentives and solutions to drive decarbonization.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for the non-profit mission of CET. This is a great opportunity for an experienced energy auditor who has a building science background, likes working with people, and who is passionate about large-scale building electrification and decarbonization.
CET is based in Northampton, Massachusetts and this position can be in-person or remote, with minimal travel to MA. Remote employees must have high speed internet access and a working location free from distractions and interference during business hours. CET will provide a laptop and other office technology.
