We are a passionate, semi-distributed team collaborating in an agile process—pairing developers, designers, & product owners to build products that meet our customers’ core needs.
About You:
We are looking for a pioneer to build out our Customer Success Management team that finds deep meaning and motivation in climate change mitigation to join our Success Team. Someone who values passion, leadership, inclusion, and transparency will be poised for success. We are a fast growing company who is expanding globally and is driven by our mission to help clients reduce their organization’s carbon footprint by empowering them with data. You can expect to dive right in as the Company is currently pursuing a growth equity fundraising round. As the company scales, you will play a key role in working cross functionally to establish a critical renewal process including processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers through product adoption and value journey, resolving issues along the way
  • Drive to understand customer goals, provide solutions and address their pain points
  • Deliver insights on carbon emissions data to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Guide customers through net zero transition and financial opportunity use cases
  • Represent voice of the customer with engineering, marketing and sales teams; advocate for appropriate product enhancements that drive long-term customer value
  • Help define and refine initiatives, methodologies, assets and programs

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a customer facing professional role, or equivalent sustainability experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curious, solution-oriented problem solver with ability to think outside the box
  • Self-starter with grit and entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and move work forward with little direction
  • Project management mindset with the ability to organize and influence on all levels, from peers, to management and executive leadership
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Drive to learn sustainability and carbon reduction strategies
  • Enthusiastic about nZero’s mission and core values
