SUMMARY

Nexamp is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Capital Markets team and support ongoing operations.  If you are a driven and enthusiastic professional looking to begin a career in finance and who wants to be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution, we want you to join our dynamic team! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and maintain internal data management and communication (including upcoming I/C approval trackers, project checklists, etc.).  
  • Work independently and as part of a team to develop and refine best practices for efficient processes and procedures.  
  • Support certain recurring meetings such as the Operations or Investment Committees by organizing calendar invites, setting agenda, etc.  
  • Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee memo’s including coordination with the project finance, development, design, estimation, community solar and legal teams on key open risks by project.
  • Support the administering of projects through construction, financing and achieving commercial operation. 
  • Participate in regular Capital Markets update meetings. 
  • Coordinate with other business units such as Legal, Community Solar, NAMS, Development, EPC, DPI, Finance and Accounting to share internal data management.
  • Organize and support team functions and events. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commitment to Nexamp’s mission and a passion for solving tomorrow’s climate crisis today. 
  • 1-3 years of administrative responsibilities 
  • Excellent organizational skills required. 
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills required.
  • Desire to expand skills to include (but not be limited to) capital markets support.
  • Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiasm for pitching in and assisting where needed.
