What we’re looking for

We are seeking a customer focused, highly motivated Technical Integration Manager to join the Enterprise team. You will provide technical and product expertise to customer developers throughout onboarding, launch, adoption, and optimization to ensure they can optimally and efficiently implement and lead integration with Arc APIs.

This role will initially work with the Program Director, Enterprise Solutions. Some travel may be required. Arcadia is remote-first with office locations in Washington D.C, New York, and Denver.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as lead technical point of contact for Arc developer partners as they integrate Arc products into their customer experience
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to guide customers through onboarding and integration
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve Arc products and the developer experience
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer configurations, recommended use-cases, and challenges
  • Advocate for early adoption of Arc products and work with partners to identify areas of improvement
  • Identify common customer challenges and collaborate with the Arcadia Product Team to develop solutions
  • Collaborate with sales to build technical prioritization documents for potential enterprise customers

What will help you succeed

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of enterprise customer enablement, engineering, product management, project management, or related experience
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and other common API platform infrastructure
  • Familiarity with one or more common programming language (eg. Python, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Familiarity with backend system architectural elements (databases, API gateways, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide detail to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Active, compassionate listening skills and curiosity to develop, respond to, and foster a deep, multifaceted understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to execute requests against tight deadlines
  • Passion for our mission, sustainability, and helping drive a renewable energy future
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand customer architectures
  • Adaptable and able thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
