The Role 
One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate, mission-driven FP&A Manager to join our team. The primary charter for this role is to develop financial models & analyses that support critical business initiatives to ensure profitability and maximize ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure operating plan reflects current business priorities
  • Build, enhance, and maintain the company operating model and other financial models to support budgeting/forecasting, strategic decision-making, and capital raising activities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for SLT and Board Members
  • Collaborate with all departments including Sales, Engineering and Data Science teams to track and monitor revenues and costs
  • Partner with People Team to prepare company-wide headcount plan 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years combined experience in FP&A and/or investment banking
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Experience building and maintaining 3-statement financial models  
  • Experience synthesizing and communicating complex financial information in high quality decks for management, board, and investors
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid startup environment and work cross-functionally with different business units

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field
  • Experience in the technology sector
  • Experience building, reviewing, and approving HC and expense budgets
  • Experience with capital raising 

Compensation will be competitive with the market for this position and will include equity consideration.
