Our Mission:

Our goal is to use farmland to cool the earth. We are currently monitoring 200 million acres of land in over 45 countries. This year alone, with just one project, our carbon emissions reductions are equivalent to taking 17,000 cars off the road! We are already on our way to a more sustainable planet.

It is essential for Regrow to establish a cohesive communications plan across all of these audiences to promote consistent on-brand messaging. This position offers incredible opportunities for the right individual by working with high-profile audiences and strengthening Regrow’s leadership position of empowering companies to use agriculture to meet global net-zero targets. 

What you will do:

As Regrow’s Corporate Communications Manager you are responsible for Regrow’s strategy and delivery of corporate communications with internal and external audiences including media, customers, investors, board of directors, and employees. 

• Media and Public Relations- develop Regrow’s PR strategy and execution of that strategy. This includes developing the PR strategy, creating press kits, forming relationships with media and influencers 
• Customer communications and marketing - assist with the development of a unified corporate brand, working with marketing on customer-facing communications, events, and campaigns 
• Develop and execute Social Media strategies 
• Employee and internal communications
• Investor and stakeholder communications 

Qualifications: 

• +5 years of similar experience in technology or startup environment
• Ability to demonstrate executive level writing and content creation 
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Networking and influencing skills

Education

• B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, business, or similar area of study preferred
