Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.</span></p><div><br></div><p>We are looking for a Growth and Lifecycle Analyst  to join the BR Growth team at BlaBlaCar on a permanent contract starting <strong>May 2026.</strong></p><p>As <strong>Growth and Lifecycle Analyst</strong>, your role will be to orchestrate our multichannel strategy, merging mainly Lifecycle marketing (CRM) with Social Media execution to upscale our audience and achieve our challenging goals for 2026, identifying and prioritizing the largest multi-modal growth opportunities</p><p>You will be reporting to the Growth Senior Lead and working with a team of 2 local people and up to 4 people from a global team.</p><br><br><h3>Your responsibilities </h3><ul><div><li><strong>Multichannel Lifecycle Execution: </strong>Managing end-to-end CRM workflows (Push, Email, WhatsApp) and crafting persuasive copy to drive conversion.</li><li><strong>Social Media Management: </strong>Executing the local editorial calendar as part of a broader growth strategy, ensuring social channels support tactical campaigns and brand trust initiatives.</li><li>I<strong>ncentive &amp; Discount Operations: </strong>Running user-level discount programs and vouchers, focusing on ABCD testing to optimize ROI and minimize cannibalization.</li><li><strong>Marketing Operations: </strong>Owning the technical setup of in-app messaging (push, inbox message, banners) and campaign tracking within our global MarTech stack (Braze, Talon.One).</li><li><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Global Sync:</strong> Measuring channel incrementality and "uplift" (Cost per PAX).
