Where we’re based:

With 3 main offices across England and Scotland, we’re pretty well versed in remote working. This role is a predominantly remote working role, with expectation to visit either the Bristol or London office once or twice a week. However, we’re super flexible, so can discuss your working situation as part of the screening process.

What will I be doing?

As Senior Creative Studio Project Manager in the brand and marketing team, you will be a great teammate who is able to form strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, designers and copywriters. All whilst utilising strong project management skills to ensure all special and larger studio projects are produced on brief, on budget and to the required timings. You’ll be calm under pressure, able to keep the team cool when timings are tight and maintain an impeccable standard of delivery. You will also be a process specialist, used to implementing best practice when it comes to Studio processes from briefing through to approvals and feedback.

A creative and production background is key in this role. You’ll have heaps of experience in both photography and video production, as well as creative delivery. Ideally inhouse and with agency experience too. This covers everything from supplier management through to timing plans to storyboarding, creative concepting, long form copy and post production. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with one or multiple briefing workstreams and be there point of contact for briefing, scoping, management of projects and process improvements and communication. Work with them on their utilisation rate of studio resource and help to manage the prioritisation of their pipeline
  • Work with stakeholders to develop creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined for the studio creative team
  • Day-to-day management and guidance of project progress, resource planning, management and coordination of all project deliverables.
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to clearly define business outcome, required project deliverables and key milestones.
  • Regular check ins with key briefing teams to discuss upcoming briefs, ensuring we have the right resource lined up to deliver them
  • Identifying and managing stakeholders effectively, anticipating challenges, and developing plans to address risks.
  • Ensure all processes are upheld, be an example of best practice for the rest of the team and identify and work through the plan for areas that require process development. This will include identify the challenge, working through the solutions (with agreed stakeholders) rolling out and communicating the change, and helping to embed the ways of working
  • Deliver large, cross functional team projects as your bread and butter, using Monday.com as the key project management, communication, reporting and scheduling tool

Is this the job for me?

This person will have a track record in delivering creative comms work for Marketing teams in ‘start up’ or ‘turnaround’ ideally in fast paced, retailing environments. We’d love experience delivering a wide range of output including video, animation, CRM, ads, blogs, print, events and experiential too.

They will;

  • Have proven experience of supporting projects that are already moving and an ability to add value from day one. Specific experience of the project management of marketing and brand teams and their interface into wider (preferably digital businesses) is a must.
  • Relish the challenge of a fast paced, matrix working environment
  • Be process driven, with experience of implementing and improving day to day Studio processes
  • Be calm whilst working with levels of ambiguity and adept at bringing order and clarity into a team environment
  • A real people person who develops powerful working relationships quickly and maintains them successfully
  • An exemplary teammate, at their best when working within a collective to deliver a shared vision
  • Energy and positivity; the person everyone wants to have in the room
  • Incredible organisation in a way which instils confidence into all
  • Organisation skills are critical - you will be coordinating multiple partners across multiple tasks from multiple projects daily
  • Proactive project manager used to working to tight timeframes
  • Experience of the utilities industry is a real plus
