We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines, which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The air-captured carbon dioxide can either be recycled and reused as a raw material or completely removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

Will you join us?

  • Your mission at Climeworks is to implement, manage and own our email marketing strategy and execution to convert marketing leads into community members and customers.
  • Manage growth loops to leverage our existing customer base for further growth (referrals, loyalty program, community).
  • Manage CRM and after-sales processes, establish best-in-class customer support.
  • Operate the backend systems required to deliver the products, including product catalogue, CRM, and email automations like customer upselling email journeys.
  • From our customer interactions and data, deliver insightful reports and keep stakeholders up-to-date on how things are going.
  • You own and continuously improve the customer account area (login) and the help center content.
  • Support team on campaigns, partnerships and activations with website and product features.
  • From time to time support the product team to evolve existing and develop new product offerings for new segments, markets.
