What You'll Do

  • Own the sustainability services product roadmap to deliver massive business results.
  • Leverage your deep product experience to launch and evolve exceptionally engaging and delightful sustainability products and services.
  • Use data to drive product vision and definition of key success metrics to drive outcomes that transform the business.
  • Leverage data by using strong technical and analytical skills to exhibit sound product judgment—your understanding of data, consumer behavior, and consumer research approaches will activate deeper engagement and improve business metrics such as customer lifetime value.
  • Help drive product management best practices against prioritization frameworks and methodologies, to help define and deliver ongoing product prioritization and roadmap definition
  • Explore how we can use unique product insights and consumer behavior to deliver  exponential customer growth.
  • Analyze and obsess over results and owning a set of key metrics in order to drive, business and user impact.
  • Over communicate and collaborate cross- functionally in order to entrench a stronger growth mindset within core product development.
  • Guide product development to ensure sustainability products align synergistically with each other and with the overall product roadmap.
  • Coordinate the design, development and introduction of  world-leading consumer sustainability services to help Aspiration consumers and partner (B2B/B2B2C) automate climate action
  • Acute focus and diligence in growing the company by achieving short-term business goals and driving revenue.
  • Spot opportunities to provide an awesome customer sustainability journey while increasing account growth and LTV.
  • Enable healthy partnerships across Engineering, Design, Growth & Marketing, Business Development, Data Science, Customer Engagement, Operations, Impact and Sustainability to foster an environment of accountability around quantifiable consumer outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of product management experience coordinating the creation and delivery of exceptional digital customer experiences
  • Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team in the development of delightful, highly engaging, revenue/value-generating services for consumers
  • Experience successfully delivering full-stack product offering including APIs for B2B2C applications 
  • Experience successfully launching world-class, innovative, consumer-focused products and services to new markets 
  • Experience working with external partners to define innovative solutions, and help deliver products to enable climate change 
  • A track record for identifying optimization opportunities across the customer lifecycles and using that data to improve product strategies and plans.
  • Problem analysis and prioritization; and the ability to clearly define the problem space, the impact of the problem, and the trade-offs made in making prioritization decisions.
  • Data-driven decision-making using data and broader market trends to support your trade-off decisions and problem impact estimations.
  • Experienced in data-driven customer segmentation and conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis with a proven track record of success.
  • Impeccable communication skills to build relationships with your team, internal stakeholders, external partners  and executives to deliver change effectively.
  • Customer advocacy by understanding the needs of our key customers, and using this to drive effective prioritization decisions.
  • A proven track-record of delivering best in class digital product, with a focus on product delivery to help drive key organization objectives to completion
  • Drive ideas to fruition getting buy-in from key stakeholders with a data-driven approach and ruthless ambition for short and long term growth.
