Purpose Driven Position

CarbonCure is growing its team, to provide first-class support and coordination of the People & Culture programs that impact the CarbonCure team.  This is a great role for someone who is interested in learning about People & Culture, as you will have the opportunity to work across all disciplines, collaborating with your People & Culture peers, with expert external partners and with our ace CarbonCure team. 


In this role, you will work directly with the Manager, People and Culture Operations to maintain and enhance CarbonCure’s People and Culture operations and you will support many of our key programs ranging from Onboarding, Equity Diversity & Inclusion, Total Rewards and Employee Engagement & Performance.

What you'll be doing

In this key role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the onboarding process for all new employees
  • Coordinating the benefits enrollment process for all eligible employees
  • Maintaining employee records/documentation in the company’s HRIS database
  • Actively participating in committee’s impacting the People and Culture mandate (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Culture Club etc.)
  • Collaborating with the Company’s Executive Assistant to plan the agenda for all CEO Townhalls
  • Processing documentation for all employment changes.
  • Reporting and data analysis


What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success arranging competing priorities
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
  • Experience in a fast-paced workplace, with competing priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional written communication skills and high degree of comfort communicating in multiple channels, across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Sure-footed approach and determination to meet deadlines, while navigating changes and nuances to project scope and stakeholders
  • Real desire to learn about People & Culture initiatives and to have an impact
