 Audette is creating carbon reduction plans for every existing building on the planet. The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer to drive and execute growth strategies across Product, Marketing and Sales. You’ll play a vital role in fulfilling innovative ways to grow the business through multiple revenue streams, and drive impact across the commercial real estate ecosystem. 

This role works with the C-suite and Leadership team and the scope includes:

Strategy & Execution:

  • Contribute to overall company strategy together with the C-suite and leadership team to fulfill venture-backed, hyper-growth goals.
  • Design and lead the growth strategy across all growth scopes of Product, Marketing, Alliances/Partnerships and Sales (including retention & expansion) for rapid entry and expansion across North American markets and beyond.
  • Implement the optimal go-to-market mix across all Partnership, Sales & Marketing channels.
  • Ongoing review and analysis of growth metrics to support monthly OKR reporting, strategy optimization, tactical objectives and product iteration.
  • Research and monitor market activity and product feedback, ensuring Audette maintains a differentiated and high-value position in the emerging carbon analytics and retrofit market.
  • Develop key Customers and Partners and representation of Audette with internal and external stakeholders in support of venture and market growth goals. 
  • Maintain accountability to the growth target and budget, while tracking resource allocation and performance management across product, sales and marketing functions. 

Leadership and Culture:

  • Lead Product, Marketing and Sales Directors in the development of high-performing teams and the definition and pursuit of OKRs aligned to company goals.
  • Cultivate and align cross-functional team relationships for optimal customer, partner, and company value.
  • Support a positive culture of collaboration and inclusion.
  • Leading by example in line with Audette’s values-based culture, where team members fulfill their highest value in a remote-first environment.  

About You:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in growth, sales and marketing in B2B technology/SaaS.
  • Familiarity with data analytics/ML, or the commercial real estate market is an asset.
  • A demonstrated track record of success growing a company into a leadership position in an emerging industry.
  • Expertise with optimizing all marketing channels and programs to drive brand awareness and audience growth including PR, social, digital, content, events, community, and grassroots marketing.
  • Experience establishing and leveraging strategic alliances and partnerships to propel faster growth.
  • Ability to manage a team that is selling to, managing, retaining, and upselling large enterprise and/or government accounts.
  • A history of successfully driving product-led growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
  • A strong creative streak and passion for storytelling.
  • Knowledge of leveraging technologies and setting up internal systems and processes for tracking, scaling, and measuring the success of the growth team.
  • Experience building and scaling an inclusive, purpose-driven, international community.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: creative, results and data-driven.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a start-up environment.
  • Proven experience with hyper growth, and challenging the status quo through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • A broad understanding of how to use differentiated business models to unlock value.
