iOS Application Developer

Voltpost is seeking an iOS Software Developer with 5-8 years of experience to help build our curbside EV charging mobile app. Voltpost is developing the next generation of curbside EV charging, and needs to build out its iOS Mobile App that users will use to charge their vehicles with, search for available chargers, make charging reservations, and see charging history and gamification stats. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Developing mobile apps for iOS
• Collaborating with the product and design team members to define and ship new features
• Ensuring quality and performance of app
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks
• Fixing application bugs
• Unit testing code for reliability

Desired Skills:

• iOS Mobile Application Development Experience (Please include app store link of applications and short list of main contributions in resume)
• Experience developing for iPhone and iPad, across multiple resolutions and iOS versions
• Experience with Swift and SwiftUI, and embedding UIKit within SwiftUI
• Experience with ​​iOS architecture patterns including Clean Architecture and/or MVVM
• Experience with XCTest and XCUITest
• Experience distributing beta versions of apps via TestFlightExperience with iOS Frameworks such as Combine, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location, EventKit
• Experience with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging
• Experience developing map-based mobile applications (MapKit, Mapbox, or OpenStreetMap)
• Experience with OAuth authentication
