The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Talent Acquisition team to help build, develop and execute the Talent strategy. As our in-house TA Lead you'll be directly responsible for finding, attracting and hiring the right people to fuel our growth! The role will also include a range of exciting projects including delivering the organisational Talent strategy whilst keeping the focus on the continuous improvement of the function, processes, and technologies throughout the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit end to end across tech, corporate and workshop roles to drive timely and high-quality hiring, including:
    • Developing detailed job briefs, job ads and marketing campaigns that are aligned with the Zoomo brand
    • Driving effective sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing
    • Facilitating the decision-making process, managing offers and owning a respectful feedback loop with the applicant pool
    • Building a diverse talent pipeline and the recruitment process
    • Representing Zoomo at virtual and physical recruitment services
  • Partner with key stakeholders: hiring managers, TA peers, People & Culture teammates to collaboratively define roles, attract talent and smoothly on-board new Zoomers
  • Build best practices: Continuously find ways to take our TA processes to the next level for talent and hiring managers, including coaching hiring managers on best practices and providing market insights
  • Develop strategies: Collaborate with your TA and P&C teammates to develop and implement Zoomo's strategy for talent acquisition across multiple job types (retail/management/technical)
  • Analyse data: Track the success of hiring campaigns, using data to continuously improve the hiring process
  • Be a Zoomer: Be an integral part of the team by taking part, leading, and/or assisting with cultural initiatives and adhoc inquiries and duties

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in 360 degree recruitment across multiple markets for a range of positions (tech to corporate to workshop)
  • A mix of inhouse and agency recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a high volume recruitment space using innovative sourcing techniques and attraction strategies for diverse teams
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with and connect to teammates, candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to prioritise effectively across day-to-day workload and projects
  • In depth understanding of the job market and employment legislation
  • High comfort using an ATS (eg Workable) and HRIS (eg Sapling)
  • Experience of embedding best practice Talent Acquisition strategies including identifying, implementing and leading new technologies
  • Experience with building the organisation’s Employee Value Proposition, People award submissions, etc will be a distinct advantage
  • It would be great if you are a whizz in G Suite products too
