The role

We are looking for a passionate (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x) who will be owning the full recruiting cycle. We are a team of interdisciplinary people with a background ranging from business to food science, bioprocessing, and biology with the ambition to create a better world through a more sustainable food system. What you will be doing

  • Design and manage the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Be the subject matter expert on talent acquisition, share best practices, and align processes
  • Attract candidates through different channels like outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, attendance of meetups, referrals, etc.
  • Interview candidates and identify top talents for the roles and ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly aligned
  • Support employer branding projects, promote the company image externally and build up a talent network
  • Leverage and maintain ATS to improve processes, pipelines and to deliver great experience for hiring managers and candidates 
  • Build up a great relationship with Hiring Managers and support them in all recruiting-related topics while acting as a proactive sparring partner
  • Own the reporting, drive analytics for given roles and constantly improve processes
