Our IT Service Desk Associate will be responsible for working directly with our employees to provide assistance, support, and documentation on our technologies. This role will help manage company asset lists, installing various operating systems, and will report directly to our IT Service Desk Specialist.

  • Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a self-starter that takes initiative, bringing both interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills along with great attention to detail
  • Experience with direct customer support in a Helpdesk environment
  • Great communication skills and passion for providing excellent service and support
  • Experience managing Active Directory workstations, such as joining a domain, network logon issues, or applying GPOs
  • Possess troubleshooting skills for Windows 10 & experience with basic networking concepts, such as IPv4, DHCP, and DNS

Additional Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree, certifications or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Able to work a hybrid schedule and spend a few days in the office assisting with on site equipment and shipping to remote locations.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Experience managing Office365 & G-Suite
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service

  • Prior experience managing Active Directory users and groups
  • A passion for ebikes or other electric vehicles 
  • Experience using FreshService ticketing system
  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP phones an conference room equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting macOS

Had you been with us last month, the top 5 things you would have impacted are:

  • Provided in-person and remote support for employees, performed preventative maintenance on workstations and laptops, & joined workstations to on-prem Active Directory and/or Azure AD during employee onboarding
  • Produced documentation and provided training for the end user relating to the technologies we use
  • Troubleshooted and resolved networking issues in conjunction with other staff and vendors as needed
  • Installed, configured, and patched various operating systems (Windows 10, OSX) for laptops and desktops
  • Managed hardware and software asset lists, logged problems, activity, and resolution in Jira Service Desk, & identified common issues from in-coming tickets
  • Additional duties as assigned & required
