Remora is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. This role involves attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining diverse and values-aligned candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, assist in executing the company's talent strategy and adapting accordingly based on growth
Work with hiring managers to coordinate hiring processes and attract and retain the right talent
Recruit from a variety of sources including job boards, colleges, universities, community partners, social media, etc.
Ensure equitable hiring practices, always keeping DEB–Diversity, Equity, and belonging-in mind
Support the creation of programs and campaigns that promote Remora's employer brand
Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first contact to the end of the interview process, paying close attention to all candidates in a timely manner
Keep adding to your TA/HR toolbox and share your knowledge with your fellow People team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of relevant work experience, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience working on at least 10 simultaneous requisitions
