Rad Power Bikes has grown to 350,000+ customers, leading a global revolution in low carbon mobility. We are looking for RADICAL people to join our global teams: Responsible, Approachable, Diverse, Innovative, Customer-Driven, Accountable, and always Learning. We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage B2B commercial accounts,  build relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 2+ years of experience growing and managing a portfolio of commercial accounts while providing outstanding customer service
  • Act as main point of contact for inbound leads and existing clients, explaining our programs, answering questions, and converting these conversations to generate new sales
  • Able to quickly create strong relationships through constant communication, problem solving and trust building
  • Resolve conflicts by working efficiently and cross-functionally to timely deliver solutions 
  • Track company sales targets, monitor and update accurate sales metrics, and keep team up to date on status of accounts relative to objectives
  • Demonstrate immaculate organizational and record-keeping skills for accurate and timely data in our CRM and order systems
  • Work collaboratively to identify opportunities for growth and suggest improvements to sales performance

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct meetings and interface in a professional manner

  • Prior experience generating leads and driving new business
  • Prior Account Management or Sales Executive for bike or alternative transportation company
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental awareness

  • Worked on new commercial partnership projects that have potential to create new revenue streams
