Job Description<ul><li>Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools [LEED, Green Mark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.].</li><li>Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbon analysis.</li><li>Assist to provide environmental design briefs for clients.</li><li>Technical knowledge of project work coupled with an understanding of project management tools.</li><li>Manage internal project team, provide technical guidance on environmental design principles, analysis, and calculations.</li><li>Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team.</li><li>Lead pro-active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high-quality consistent set of presentation and design documents.</li><li>Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.).</li><li>Conversant with project’s contractual requirements and deliver high quality deliverables in established schedule.</li><li>Familiarity with local sustainability regulations and codes.</li><li>Able and motivated to update skills and expertise through continuing professional development (CPD) initiatives.</li></ul>
