Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to build and own the strategic product vision for our mobile and web apps, leading product, UX/UI, data science and analytics, and medical teams. 

Partnering with the CEO, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the scale and success of WeatherWell and move the world forward.

It's a strategic role that will require getting your hands dirty and building much from scratch.

It can be a fully remote position with occasional traveling to our EU hubs (London, Munich, Warsaw, and more)

Responsibilities:

  • Become a part of a founding leadership team and determine the company’s vision and strategy
  • Define, own and execute our long term product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap
  • Ideate highly engaging products, product features, and user experiences that drive user growth, engagement, and monetization
  • Deeply understand our business, the metrics, and experiences that impact our growth, and set goals with measurable success criteria at every stage of the user journey
  • Integrate data, research, and other customer inputs into product planning to ensure customer satisfaction and metric wins
  • Ensure a structured and efficient implementation process, from feature conception to prioritization and product development, while driving tactical excellence and transparency to stakeholders
  • Hire, mentor and scale brilliant product, UX/UI, data science, analytics, and medical teams, setting and reaching high standards for product quality and design
  • Drive cross-functional execution alongside Growth Marketing and Customer Support to deliver a perfectly personalized user experience via product, notifications, incentives, and people

 

What drives success for this role:

  • 8+ years of experience managing highly engaging B2C products in a fast-paced early-stage scale-up environment
  • 4+ years in leadership positions, executive-level/founding experience
  • Strong experience with mobile app platforms is a bonus.
  • An entrepreneurial ‘getting things done’ attitude - defining smart concepts and MVPs that can be rolled out, tested, and further developed based on their traction
  •  
  • Customer obsession, determined about delivering incredible customer experiences
  • Strong commercial and growth acumen. Familiarity with industry trends and mobile monetization models
  • A data-driven, insight-led approach and experimentation mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities – can roll up your sleeves as needed
  • Strong people management skills with a proven record of hiring and managing high-performance product, design and ML teams
  • Brilliant stakeholder & communication skills - you can unite and manage strong wills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership, strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, optimistic, tenacious, confident, and full of energy
  • Ambitious, results-driven with a bias to action. You have a can-do-more approach, a passion for making an impact and exceeding your goals
  • Fluent English
