You’ll play a critical role in accelerating the growth of quality new users to the Too Good To Go app.Your role and responsibilitiesAs the Paid Social Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind the performance and strategic growth of our global Paid Social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will be entrusted with developing a high-performing team and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that spans from building brand awareness to driving conversions. Your success will be measured by the channel's growth and the professional development of your team.Specifically, you will<ul><li>Own the Strategy &amp; Performance: Take full ownership of the global Paid Social channel, developing and executing a long-term strategy to ensure continuous growth and success.</li><li>Lead and Develop a Team: Mentor, guide, and foster the professional growth of your team members.
