You will manage customer interactions, support manual order handling in SAP, coordinate delivery timelines, and help resolve technical and shipment-related inquiries.You will work closely with customer support, technical support, and shipment support teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage and process manual customer orders in SAP</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Support customers with order status, lead times, delivery updates, and shipment coordination</li><li>Assist with technical customer support and issue resolution</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer and operational issues</li><li>Troubleshoot and escalate more complex cases when needed</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and documentation</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality</li><li>Identify opportunities for process and service improvements</li></ul><h2>What We Are Looking For</h2><ul><li>A few years of experience in customer support, supply chain, order management, or a similar field</li><li>Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – mandatory</li><li>Experience working with customers and managing customer relationships</li><li>SAP knowledge is highly beneficial</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach</li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>12-month contract with an international and purpose-driven company</li><li>Hybrid working model<ul><li>First 3 months: full-time office presence in Strzelin</li><li>Afterwards: hybrid work arrangement</li></ul></li><li>Opportunity to work in a global environment with cross-functional teams</li><li>Professional development and learning opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative workplace culture</li></ul><h2>Additional Information</h2>We are ideally looking for someone who can join the team in July.Please submit your application in English.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
