Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Sales Support Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily communication with Sales &amp; Engineering team.</li><li>Prepare and analyses reports including forecasts, pricing, sales and profitability, customer share</li><li>Monitor market segments and customer trends</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and product materials</li><li>Verify and maintain pricing files in accordance with contracts and Long-Term Agreements</li><li>Track and manage NDA renewals</li><li>Monitor customer portals for scorecards and performance matrix, identifying improvement opportunities</li></ul>Customer Service and Order Management Responsibilities<ul><li>Process customer orders including EDI, ASN, returns, and order confirmations</li><li>Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with agreements</li><li>Monitor and download customer forecast data from portals</li><li>Coordinate with Planning and Shipping to mitigate delivery risks</li><li>Manage shipment activities, including expedites, tracking, and proof of delivery</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Investigate and resolve order, pricing, and invoice discrepancies</li><li>Act as backup for other CSR team members as required</li></ul>Operational and Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain material master data in SAP</li><li>Support to Accounting activities including payments, credits, debits and returns</li><li>Create purchase requisitions for internal and external vendors</li><li>Setting up new customer accounts</li><li>Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiency</li><li>Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives</li><li>Comply with all Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) requirements</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales &amp; Marketing or related field or equivalent experience</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data organization and analysis), PowerPoint, TEAMS</li><li>Experience with CRM and SAP systems preferred</li><li>Strong analytical skills to evaluate orders, forecasts, inventory, and demand planning data</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
