Process Design &amp; Standardisation<ul style=""><li>Design and deploy a unified intake process across all verticals: consistent, adopted, and auditable</li><li>Build scorecards by job family in partnership with each TA</li><li>Define and publish SLAs by vertical</li><li>Create and maintain the TA wiki: the single source of truth for all processes, templates, and standards</li><li>Build structured onboarding programmes for new ICs and incoming RPO partners</li><li>Conduct quarterly process audits: identify drift, degradation, and non-compliance and act on it</li></ul>2. Data, Reporting &amp; Dashboard<ul style=""><li>Build and maintain the monthly ExCo TA dashboard</li><li>Produce hiring manager dashboards by vertical</li><li>Run quarterly NPS analysis: candidate NPS by vertical, trend tracking, corrective alerts</li><li>Measure and report on transformation impact: before/after on every major project</li><li>Partner with the Head of TA to create the conditions for reliable, actionable reporting</li></ul>3. ATS Management &amp; Automation<ul style=""><li>Lead full ATS &amp; CRM deployment and configuration across all verticals</li><li>Identify and eliminate low-value manual tasks through workflow automation</li><li>Build and maintain ATS/HRIS integrations for seamless data flow</li><li>Develop the 12-month AI roadmap in partnership with the Head of TA<ul style=""><li>Identify use cases: job description generation, CV screening support, candidate communication automation</li><li>Pilot and evaluate tools (Dust and equivalents), track adoption and efficiency gains</li><li>Train the team on AI tools and embed them into existing workflows</li></ul></li></ul>4. Quality Assurance &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul style=""><li>Set up degradation alerts on key metrics: NPS, TTH, ITW/hire ratios</li><li>Build and monitor cross-vertical consistency on process, evaluation criteria, and candidate experience</li><li>Produce corrective action plans when SLAs are missed or KPIs degrade</li><li>Report quarterly to the Head of TA on operational health across all verticals</li></ul>5.
