Market Research Analyst

CCN is seeking a driven, creative and intellectually curious individual excited by the prospect of working in an innovative environment seeking to catalyze more growth in the Circular Carbon ecosystem. The job requires operational data management as well as data research and analysis. This position will take ownership of maintaining and expanding our data coverage, enhancing our data management efficiency and working with our members to stimulate investment and commercial activity across the Circular Carbon Network. 

Responsibilities 

• This role will take ownership of the Indexes, charged with the process of data gathering, maintenance, analysis, visualizations, and reporting for CCN. 
• Oversee data quality control by maintaining and enhancing built processes and continuous data screening
• Perform and integrate data research 
• Support program development by pulling analysis, raw data, and insights
• Prepare and synthesize data analysis for annual market report
• Maintain and update website any other software based needs when necessary to meet organizational goals.

The Ideal Candidate will: 

• Based in the US time zones
  
• Be a self-starter personality, comfortable working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment and maintaining their own workflows
  
• Have strong experience, comfort, and interest in working with quantitative and qualitative data (Excel, Google Sheets, and/or other similar platforms)
  
• Experience working with Excel and Google Forms, Airtable, Tableau, Wordpress, Mailchimp, and/or similar platforms on data collection, aggregation, quality control, processing, analytics, presentation, and visualization.
• Strong desire to build professional experience and relationships at the frontlines of the climate solutions space
• Strong personal interest in addressing climate change (deep, previous experience not necessary)
