You work closely with BU/GPG/HUB quality team to support factory to improve the design quality and guide factory to implement DFMEA in systematic way and follow up the execution as needed.2. You will establish and maintain engineering quality guideline on HUB engineering level.3. You drive the investigation of serious quality issue caused by engineering and introduce or share the best practice cross HUBs/Factories in terms of design quality improvement.4. You coordinate HUB virtue teams to deep dive specific field and accumulate the knowledge in these field to improve design quality accordingly.5. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a quality culture in place.6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7.
