You’ll work closely with our Engineering Team to ensure efficient project planning, timelines, scheduling and budgeting, keeping teams aligned while managing risks and coordinating resources.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you'll do as Project Manager:<ul><li>Work with Major Projects Program Manager and Major Projects Leader to provide leadership and mentoring across Major Projects team</li><li>Manage a wide range of complex projects within established processes and tools, following formal project management principles.</li><li>Work with internal engineering and other teams to facilitate estimates, drawings and other related material for customer quotes</li><li>Manage 3-5 major projects at a time through entire project life cycle.</li><li>Plan, organize, and direct activities regarding installation, commissioning, maintenance, and demobilization including pre-job planning, parts lists, project drawings</li><li>Primary interface with client, contractors, client’s engineer, internal Engineering department, vendors and internal technical service representatives</li><li>Track project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to management and customer on a regular basis, and executive staff as needed</li><li>Mentor mid-level and junior project managers. Expand team performance and deliverables reinforcing processes, tools, and templates.  Promote best practices and PM methodologies</li><li>Conduct field assessments of team’s skills and behaviors, providing opportunities for learning and process improvements</li><li>Be a safety champion: Lead by example and hold others responsible for working safely and providing a safe working environment</li><li>Travel 40-60 % of time to any area in North America in varying industries and environments</li></ul>You are: <ul><li>5+ years of significant project experience managing field-related projects in one or more sectors: Utility, Petrochem/Refining, Building Construction and Services</li><li>Knowledge in HVAC/R, electrical power generation/transmission/distribution is a plus</li><li>Experience in managing EPC, EPCM or similar Integrated project teams</li><li>Strong focus on HSE and safety leadership. Be a safety champion and lead by example and hold others responsible for working safely and providing a safe working environment</li><li>Strong negotiation skills for effective management and resolution of conflicts with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills for effective leadership of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and alignment of project objectives between various stakeholder groups</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations</li><li>Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, P&amp;IDs and process design packages</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>PMP, CM-Lean, or similar project management certification.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.</li><li>Experience with temporary power systems, modular infrastructure, or energy transition technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with Aggreko’s equipment and service offerings</li></ul>Here's what you'll get:<ul><li>Base salary range of $120 to $140K per year</li><li>Work from home, on-site or in a local service center-hybrid</li><li>Competitive compensation and Bonus</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>#LI-BB1#LI-REMOTEEqual employment opportunityWe welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
