We are looking for a Regional Business Transformation Manager to drive and support large-scale transformation initiatives across APAC, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and business process transformation. This role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of transformation programs while aligning with regional business priorities.Responsibilities / TasksKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and drive regional business transformation initiatives, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementation projects</li><li>Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices across multiple countries</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales) to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs</li><li>Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking</li><li>Facilitate key governance forums such as Steering Committees and project review meetings</li><li>Ensure effective resource planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication</li><li>Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Drive change management alignment, ensuring readiness in terms of communication, training, and user adoption</li><li>Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, deliverables) and provide clear reporting to senior leadership</li><li>Ensure operational readiness covering process integration, documentation, data quality, and compliance standards</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsRequirements<ul><li>Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related fields.</li><li>5+ Years of experience in business transformation or project management, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation</li><li>Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial)</li><li>Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments (APAC preferred)</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams</li><li>Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools</li><li>Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations with cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills</li><li>Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
