We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Team Solar Electrician based in the Lexington, Kentucky area to support commercial and small utility-scale solar installations throughout the region. If you're ready to travel, build, and grow within the solar industry, we'd love to hear from you.Requirements<ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) electrical systems.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and solar design plans.</li><li>Install conduit, wiring, inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects, and related equipment.</li><li>Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and system verification.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, local codes, and company safety standards.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and installation crews to complete projects on schedule.</li><li>Travel extensively to project sites and work in various outdoor environments.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and inspections.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Journeyman Electrician license required.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of electrical installation experience.</li><li>Solar PV installation experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical safety practices.</li><li>Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to travel 75–100% as project needs require.</li><li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.</li><li>NABCEP certification is a plus but not required.</li></ul>BenefitsBenefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and personal and company performance bonus system.</li><li>ESOP</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vison Insurance.</li><li>Prevailing wage potential.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>Company 401K.</li><li>Paid per diem for time away from home.</li></ul>
