Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and programs. * Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits of workplaces, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues. * Prepare and maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection logs. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Support the delivery of HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors. * Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, energy consumption, and emissions, and assist in identifying areas for improvement. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all operational activities. * Maintain and calibrate HSE equipment, such as gas detectors and noise meters. * Stay up-to-date with current HSE legislation, standards, and best practices. * Participate in HSE committee meetings and contribute to safety initiatives.
