QuantumScape is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and collaborative IT professional with experience in maintaining secure and robust information infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. Our team is responsible for supporting critical systems throughout our lab and corporate spaces. We play a meaningful role in enabling groundbreaking research and development by providing the latest technology and services.If you embrace new technology and possesses good interpersonal skills, excel in balancing the day-to-day activity of responding to IT support tickets with the desire to provide valuable insight and execution towards core infrastructure.

Responsibilities:User onboarding and managementBuilding and imaging Windows machinesAddress user, printer, and network connectivity issuesInstall, maintain, and upgrade softwareSupport diverse lab electronicsMonitor and manage system securityLicense compliance and asset trackingMoving, setting up, and connecting equipmentOther related IT duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (BS) or technical school with 1-3 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent attitude and ability to maintain outstanding customer service at all times with usersDesire to work in fast paced and rapidly changing environmentRequires strong interpersonal and organizational skillsSuperb communication skills, both written and oralBasic Knowledge of Active Directory/Exchange, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls/basics of network and VOIP administration.
